Pilates questions we are asked most
Do I need Pilates experience before my first session?
No. Your instructor sets the exercises to your level and builds from there.
Is this reformer Pilates or mat Pilates?
Mat Pilates, in the exercise studio at our Itaewon center, with simple props.
Can I book a Pilates session with a friend or my partner?
Yes. Private mat Pilates can be booked one-to-one or as a body balancing class for up to four. Tell us how many are coming so we can allocate the right slot.
Should I do Pilates alongside chiropractic or rehabilitation?
You can. Pilates, chiropractic and rehabilitation all take place at our Itaewon center, and reception can book them one after another.
Is Pilates covered by my international insurance?
It depends — exercise-based sessions are covered by some international plans and not others, so check your policy before you book. We bill TSS plans directly; with other insurers, you pay at your visit, then submit the claim yourself with the PDF invoice we prepare, or have us submit it for you. See how billing works.
