Insurance and billing in Seoul and Jeju
We bill TSS plans directly. With any other international insurer, you pay at your visit and we help with your claim.
Other international insurers
With Cigna, BUPA Global, UnitedHealthcare Global, Allianz and every other insurer apart from TSS, you pay at your visit, then choose one of two options for your claim:
Submit your claim directly. We prepare a PDF invoice and any required supporting documents. You can submit them directly to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Have Create Wellness Center submit your claim. If you prefer, we can submit your claim to your insurer on your behalf. Please contact us in advance so we can confirm the process and any documents needed.
Coverage and reimbursement are subject to the terms of your policy and your insurer’s review.
Direct billing for TSS plans
Your card may say TSS Administration, TieCare International (often written Tiecare) or GBG. We bill TSS directly for the staff plans of these schools, at both our Seoul and Jeju branches:

If your TSS plan comes through a school or employer not listed here, contact us before your visit.
Our services are not covered by Korean national or private Korean insurance, or by Tricare.
