Naturopathy at Create Wellness

A naturopathy consultation is mostly conversation about how you eat, sleep and work. Sunjae then makes suggestions in the four areas below. None of it replaces your doctor’s care.

What a plan can include

What to eat and when, fitted to your work and daily routine.

Lifestyle

Small, practical changes to sleep, exercise, work and rest.

Mindfulness

Simple mindfulness practices you can do on your own.

Supplements

If you ask, Sunjae can go through supplements you are thinking of taking.

Naturopathy questions we are asked most

How long is a naturopathy appointment?

An initial intake generally takes 80 minutes, and follow-ups are 50 minutes.

Do I have to be an existing client to book naturopathy?

No. Naturopathy can be booked on its own, or alongside chiropractic, rehabilitation, massage or nutrition at the same center.

Can I book if I am already seeing a doctor?

Yes. Naturopathy consultations are general guidance on food, sleep and daily routine. They are not medical care and do not replace your doctor's advice.

What language are consultations held in?

Consultations are held in English with a US-trained naturopath, and reception is bilingual, so booking is straightforward either way.

Is naturopathy covered by my international insurance?

Cover for naturopathy varies widely between international policies, so check yours before you book. We bill TSS plans directly; with other insurers, you pay at your visit, then submit the claim yourself with the PDF invoice we prepare, or have us submit it for you. See how billing works.
