Instructor: Juliana Kushner
Juliana grew up training as a pre-professional ballet dancer. She started yoga as a way to combat constant injuries and has now made yoga her primary practice on and off the mat. Trained at the Korea Yoga Instructor Association, Juliana has been offering yoga classes to the local Seoul community in multiple locations since 2018.
Juliana teaches a well-rounded vinyasa class, taking turns conditioning each part of the body and the mind. Some are athletic classes, some more restorative, but you will always come away feeling refreshed and renewed.

Instructor: Kerry Henderson
Kerry has a background in vinyasa, hot, and meditative Yoga with specialty certifications in pre natal, post natal, and kids yoga. She aims to lead a class that challenges each student to push themselves further than they think they can go. Expect to reach your personal limits physically to detox the body, then refuel it with balance, control, and peace.
Each class ends with an opportunity to push yourself spiritually while receiving restoring Savasana adjustments. Our class is appropriate for all levels, with modifications and variations given to personalize the flow to each student’s abilities.
